At J&G Soaps Co., each bar is handcrafted with care using natural and skin-loving ingredients. Due to the personal nature of our products, we have the following policy:

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.

We will gladly offer:

• A replacement item, or

• A refund if a replacement is not available

Please review all ingredients listed before purchasing. We are not responsible for reactions due to allergies or sensitivities.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
